As AAs we should help them.

The fact that countries like Rwanda owe France and Belgium debt is why they're not able to advance as fast. After African countries became independent these colonial powers suddenly said they owed them debt. Same shyt with why Haiti ain't advance because look at his successful their rebellion was.
