Smh. I just read the rest of this thread. East Africans are black. Just because we have some ancient Eurasion ancestry from a few thousand years ago(cacs probably looked more like nikkas during those times) doesn't change the fact that we have black skin and genetically we are predominantly East African. This thread shows that Pan Africanism is almost impossible. The ultimate goal right now is to have 3 or 4 west african superpower. In Asia you dont really see a move for pan Asianism. In Europe there isnt pan Euroism same as the middle east. What is needed is 2 or three nuclear armed regional superpowers in Africa. With that whites,asians and Arabs cant intervene or interfere easily in Africa. Ghana and Nigeria got alot of potential.

Here's the thing. They MIGHT be the prototypical "African" phenotype and mixed with NOTHING. Aquiline nose and curly hair are Black features too. We're just taught to ASSUME that a Black person with a looser curl pattern and narrow feature is NOT 100% Black. There are so many phenoTYPES of 100% Black. There are Hausa who have natural loose curl pattern and Igbo that are lighter skinned (compared to Yoruba?) that are 100% pure blood Africans. We've been brainwashed to believe that there's only one way to be 100% Black. In Nigeria I look like a Hausa, to an Ethiopian, I look Ethiopian, in Jamaica Queens I look like a Trini, in Washington Heights, I look Dominican. In Flushing Queens, I look "Asian Indian." On the Rez I look like a tribal member.

I'm the opposite. If I see a man that looks like J. Cole, I'm assuming he's Black. SOME type of Black. Where I come from no one cares what KIND of Black person you are.

My ex's homeboys in Seattle are Somali and THEY GOT THEIR NUH WAKEUP CALL.

My experience (being around mostly Turkish people) was mad cool. I felt like I was with family. I'm NOT a Muslim and they knew it and treated me like family.

Where im from most east africans live closely together and other africans live elsewhere closely
it might be a cultural thing then outright segregation of african communities.
