I think the title is saying something different than the op. Those people are accepting they're below average. Otherwise they'd read a book or lose weight.

So you want people to not have confidence in how they look or how they think.

The idea that each individual is royalty.

The very idea of a monarch includes subjects. A kingdom. Taxes being collected. Armies to defend it. Alot of shyt.

It's fine to be confident but what's wrong with having rooks and knights and shyt. A good king with 1000 loyal knights.
