In my eagle thread theres video footage of one of those golden eagles swooping down on hikers on a mountainside, and dragging one of them about 10 feet into the air (grown ass man) before his colleagues could grab him and bring him back down theyre powerful (and fearless) birds man. Their grip is strong enough to break and crush bone.

Can you imagine a grip THAT strong, attached to talons THAT deadly, swooping down and digging into your head?

The owl being referenced in the OP is WAY smaller (even tho he might be HUGE for an owl, according to reports in the story) and even then he still sent people to the hospital with deep gashes in their dome.

Can you imagine what eagle talons would do
