There s a loophole (they are trying to close) that you can legally purchase silencers and machine guns. The sale of suppressors and machine guns will stll be legal (as will trusts just changed up a bit)

The way it stands now, people can buy machine guns and silencers WITHOUT having to pay that 200 fee or go thru a background check etc..........a LOOPHOLE
once this LOOPHOLE is done away with, that will no longer be the case........
