These podcasts and social media “news” outlets definitely seem too invested in either spreading down right misinformation or just giving out plain ole bad advice. Didn’t some of the big ones get caught being funded by Russia if I’m not mistaken?
I’m saying, advising people to not own homes, not go to college, and not trust medical science is going to have society looking crazy as hell in a few years but they won’t care as long as social media engagement is up

Its worth, to me, owning a home of your going to be in an area 10+ years or so. Lot of younger folks, myself included, wanted to move around.

Alternative media is worse than mainstream media because there's no accountability.

If americans saved and invested a lot, we could make an opposing argument. But america runs on debt, at least if the debt is attached to an appreciating asset that can be inherited, it's a better bet.
But let the Podcasters tell you about phantom costs and other maintenance costs that your landlord has to manage while you pay his mortgage, AND you're not investing or saving

I don’t know if they’re dead or dying, but I definitely haven’t seen any EYL clips floating around, people in barber shops playing the podcasts on tv, etc. it seems they just either got quiet or fell tf off out of nowhere. Dude is saying some interesting shyt in that clip though.

The government could very well be funding podcasts for nefarious reasons…. but his reasons aren’t adding up. You’re talking about a 5 to 6 year window where the buying/selling market was artificially manipulated…. A lot of people couldn’t afford to buy homes after the first price jump around 2015/16. Was EYL or Grant Cardone even a thing back then?

Mortgages stop after homes are paid off and if you lucky you locked in to a specific property tax rate while the property value keep appreciating so if the home is paid off before it's passed on the next generation profits. This is all after 25-30 year mortgages for one generation... so say BlackRock or anybody else had some serious motion convincing podcasters to start a propaganda campaign targeting a financially vulnerable demographic to not become homeowners, they undercut at least two generations of Black generational wealth, the current generation and their children.
That could mean a couple things, what it look like to me is some people want less competition from Black people buying homes in metro areas where all the jobs are concentrated.
