I hate to be , but trying to run a quality grocery store is always going to be a challenge the way things are in our communities. You'd have to have a big group, or an individual with big pockets willing to put in the time and money to make it work.

Tomatoes lose half their flavor once they are refrigerated.I had an idea to have produce trucks that bought from black farmers in the south and drove into food deserts to sell good directly to people that needed it the most. Those trailers with the flip out sides. Have them sell right off the truck fresh. You could have meats and produce.
