Everybody Uptown knows that Capo was the real mastermind behind that whole Dipset movement.

That was all him. From the styling and the indie business moves, all the way down to management and getting the mixtape run going. He had all the ideas too. Same reason why he's the one that people actually respect Uptown.

Thing is, Jim ain't paying for protection though. I don’t know where that came from.

Like I said before on here, Jim got dudes with him that's been there since his days in the Bronx. A lot of those same Millbrook and Willis Ave dudes he's known forever, are still there. His sh*t with Cam was about music and bread. People confuse that with friendship. It was never like that with them. They both had very separate crews. But Jim's people were about real street that most people in the know, know not to f*ck with.

I think Cam realized he was an a$$hole to Mase for no reason. Over da years, he realized Mase wasnt as rich as he appeared to be and that Mase sent him to biggie instead Of Puff to protect him.

Mase did a lot for him and even with Cam doggin him all these years, he pretty much let it go. He even said he didnt wanna do the oracle but felt like he had no choice because Cam wouldnt stop lol

Cam probably looks at jim in that same vein. He carried Jim and was da main reason he has a career. He expected a certain level of loyalty and appreciation from Jim that he never got

Jim is damn near 50, bro. He used to run with my older cousin and a bunch of dudes I still know from Mott Haven. Those were the older dudes we used to be outside with snappin' and just buggin' out with. They just had us by a few years. They're still not "old", to me. 40+ ain't old.
