the defense is good imo.

the real problems are,


1. allen, battier, chalmers and cole not hitting their 3's.
2. pacers have shot more free throws.
3. rebound battle
4. points off turnovers
they had 5 starters in double figures last game..compared to the heat's 3.

Indy has definitely have been playing above their paygrade offensively....Against US of all teams but then again I'm used to teams playing "up" to us.

But we need more from WADE. The thing that made Miami so scary from the beginning is wade could be the ultimate second option. But we ain't getting enough.

Bosh is consistent with his scoring..his rebounding tho, that's another story.

Bron had 3 assists last game..which usually means the supporting cast played like shyt!!

Someone has to hit more 3s and someone has to take 10 free throws in the game. If a terrible offensive team like the Pacers is taking more free throws and hitting as many 3s, then they're not playing "to their identity" as Philipino Jackson would say.

It is easy for the Pacers to score points when they can get another possessions from offensive rebounds against a smaller team. Miami don't have the size to contend with Hibbert on rebounding. The Heat players need to attack the paint to force Hibbert into foul troubles. Shooting up three point shots throughout the game isn't going to work against a team that knows how to defend the perimeter well.

That's all we need from him. But the way he has been playing in the playoffs it seems like 22 pts per game would be too much ask from him. Wade has grown into a player who settle for mediocrity.

I still say we need more wade and bron putting Hibbert in the pnr, I'd take my chances with them attacking a retreating Hibbert to either score or get him in foul trouble... If they double bosh is wide open on the pop... And continue to run that bron inside curl, we have to have to get their bigs in foul trouble... And yea Haslem fukking sux.. We gotta solve their pnr, Hibbert has been diving off that shyt every time we trap the ball on it.. Gotta adjust

This. I see why Spoelstra hasn't been having the team run PNR's with Hibbert's man because of his size, but running straight at him with Bosh or Bron might actually not be a bad idea. He's way too fukking slow to contend with a cutting Lebron or Bosh. If it works then we get the easy bucket/foul or someone else on the pacers tries to help and Bron kicks it out to an open perimeter player (and hopefully they hit it ) This is in a perfect world of course, I could be talkin out my ass and Hibbert could defend the PNR's sufficiently.
