EVERYONE sans Bron on this team plays like some bytches 
changes gotta be made, only so long you can just get by while getting killed on the boards. if Riley and Spoelstra don't see that, this team will be in trouble.

Wrong night for the return of Bosh spice. What's shameful is their biggest problem with rebounding is effort, guys literally stand flatfooted watching Noah and Boozer grab boards. Hats off to them tho, with the way they play defense I think they are the 2nd best team in the East

Riley and Spo won't do sh!t until it is time for teams to make a trade. Spo's small ball scheme isn't working and he won't do anything to make some adjustment.
It's not all about small ball, rebounding is 70% effort. When you have guys like Noah who give 100% on the boards, and guys like Bosh who give 50%, that makes all the difference. You cant grab a rebound if you dont box out or leave the ground.

the effort thing is a big part. Bosh just doesn't want to rebound, like he doesn't want to bang and be down there like a big man. it's just who he is. that's why he fought so hard his entire career being put at the 5. he's really a small forward with power forward height.

they better figure something out, they have Jorts on the bench who gets no run, they have Pittman who is in the Dleague, and they have Joel who he wont play along side Bosh, if at all.
What realistic change could possibly be made at this point as far as roster moves? We don't have too many tradeable pieces and I doubt theres any team jumping to help us out....
They're not going to trade anyone. This team has 3 options, find a free agent big, wait till later on the in the season for a big to be bought out (ala Turiaf last year), or evaluate what we have here.
I've long been a proponent of giving Harrelson & Pittman spot minutes, it can't hurt getting those guys in the mix. Also if Battier is going to be passing up and/or missing open 3's then he needs to be getting his minutes cut into as well. There's too many good shoters on this team for that bullshyt
