Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
:old:shyt, I'm four years away from my high school reunion.

I avoided my ten year reunion because i had nothing to show (up) for.

*cues Beck's first breakout single from 94*.

Now that i'm more physically responsible with my money and i have a lady friend, hopefully - i will feel more comfortable being around my high school breath run and be somebody.

Man, i was the class clown and was inrolled in zero advanced positioned courses - so im pretty certain their expectaciones of me were meek like mills.

I dunno, I think the first 10 year reunion, people are still creating these unrealistic expectations and still competing with one another (people having babies, being doctors, lawyers and International Technology certified experts and all that fancy schmancie stuffs).

But the 2nd Ten year reunion, most people gon’ be a little more established, maybe even flabby and geriatric-stein – but less superficial cuz errbody is trying less to impress and just living life.

Recall a few years ago, me and a few of my comrade-bergs ended up at a bar, which happened to be hosting a 2nd 10 year reunion for these previous high school students and you know what? They just seemed to all be jolly and happy to be able To Reminisce Over Yesteryear – and me and my guys even had a couple rounds of drinks with them (just an overall, down-to-planet white people – but I don’t consider them cacs cause they were legitimately cool people who are better travelled, cultured because of their experiences and not young internet white guys who think they know a lot about colored people cuz of what they listen to and read on the web).

The 20 year reunion is actually something I’m looking forward to and I have 7 years to make something of myself.

I started from the bottom and I’m still kinda there – but momma told me I was gonna be a rolling stone and I believe her. One day.

Now that I’m 30, I think my outlook is a lot more optimistic based on my confidence. Because I don’t have much shiit – I’m humbled by it and appreciate all that I do have. But most importantly, I have you guys – my true friends of the Coliseum.

Love you guys...

30 in September. Got myself a profession, a good woman and a good place. I'll slap this ring on her soon. Time to start listening to more Frankie Beverly. :steviej:

Also I like this smiley and am posting it just because :troll:
