To be honest it's mostly little nuances that are DIFFERENT, it's the quality that's changed much crisper, if you have some good headphones put in the free tapes and this and it's real different. I mean it's the three albums remastered.
This is all of his work remastered, I'd just download it and pick and choose what you like. All three have amazing songs and a dud or two

There are some cool things like the transition to glass table girls and the beat...a couple added extra sounds here and there but yeah all the song structures are the same basically just a chance to get the trilogy mastered well and in physical form. Definitely more for his hardcore fans and people that might not have heard his albums otherwise.
Drums are different in quite a few songs too.
Check out House of Balloons -- disc one -- and then Echoes of Silence -- disc 3 -- and then Thursday -- disc two.
