I was re-watching scenes from the kid buu saga.
So, vegeta and goku decide not to fuse again because of saiyan pride, but using the spirit bomb does nothing against their pride.
They also could have grabbed gohan, but vegeta said he wasn't necessary, all I'm saying the ass whooping vegeta got from kid buu was rightfully deserved.

Yeah rewatching makes you remember the moment to moment shyt between the big scenes and opens your eyes to how much shyt that could've been avoided by better decision making.
