breh, I've bene playing Fable Anniversary Edition to get ready for Fable 4 and the FPS issues were
Now I can play it in glorious 60fps

I can't believe they're going to retire the backwards compatibility program though.

I don't think its retiring but more like a hiatus due to licensing etc.. I can wait 2 years or more.
