looking to get an Xbox... a used series x is around 300 Canadian and a used series x is 700 :mindblown:

is the series x that bad? I see it in stock everywhere. I just want to play gamepass games.i been using the cloud and Xbox ultimate.

If you don't care about games being in 4k and possibly not running at 60fps, then a Series S is a fine Gamepass machine

The S is not bad. Stop listening to these fools. If u care about 4K don’t get the S. If u don’t give a shyt about 4K get one

Let’s say he doesn’t have a 4K tv. What would be the point of the series X over the S ?
4K or not, the X has way more horsepower. You'll still get better framerates. You're getting the superior versions of all Smart Delivery games. More storage also. Get the S, then get a 4K TV a year later, you're losing. Get the X, you're already good.

There's the disc drive too, though that's not important to many, but, that opens up borrowing/renting and used games. For the rare gem that's not on Game Pass:win:

I have both and most games pretty much perform the same outside of the resolution.

Ive never been disappointed in the graphics/performance of any game Ive played on the S.
