the way i did it first i got whitelisted and then i was able to download retroarch in retail mode

Edit your going to need a thumb drive for the roms and your going to have to copy some files over from a computer to the xbox which took me like 1 hour and 30 minutes but it might be different now.
This guys retro arch is legit tho hes got everything already configured for the series x/s controller mapping resolution scaling etc

Copped Alien Fireteam, its basically left 4 dead/world war z with aliens so its pretty fun

I think Imma give up on the Retroarch scene on xbox
Its been super dope to play retro games on the Series X, but its just too many hurdles to have to keep repeating. Gamr13 got banned from xbox development AGAIN and folks gotta get whitelisted again
That and a recent Xbox update completely broke all Retroarch builds accept the most current one so the one I've been using all this time is junk now

Would have been a lot smoother under the radar. One of the things I didn't like when MVG made a video on it is that the end result is it buried and removed for the people that really used it.
I was using it on the One S and too many bans and whitelists ago. I'll probably update once more for DuckStation but I'm giving up after.

the seagate expansion SSD I ordered literally just came…wondering if I should hold off on using it…would rather an internal solution
