If there's one game you can count on not running at 60FPS next gen, it's Assassin's Creed so I doubt you'll see that.

cmon man, if you want to keep current gen at 30, cool. But next gen shouldn't be doing the same shyt man. X1X should be able to run AC at 4k30, so why limit next gen to the same shyt but with glossier paint?
