People who use sex to advance their careers, really are not to be respected, male or female. Many people (cant say if thats a majority or minority, just...many) dont respect incredibly promiscuous people, again male or female. Whether theyre called "sluts" "dogs" "whores" or "players" (which, beleieve or not, most grown men DONT want that label tied to them) or "sleeps around" its the same.
