Fast Money & Foreign Objects
My attire and attitude would prove other wise. I live in an area that hasn't been overrun yet thankfully. Can get anywhere, I need to in around a half hour by train or car. Apartment isn't anything special, but I have a backyard, I can always park my car, and my rent isn't over the top although it's inflated. If it get unbearable here someday due to hipsters I'll just move somewhere they can't afford.More than likely the area I live in will get swallowed by an expansion of the people in Park Slope Etc like the other surrounding neighborhoods did.
