We would still need to abide by laws of our own volition, the laws would also have be simple, self evident and self enforced. But we would also need a society that is built around building people to live within a lawful society. This lawful society would also need to provide for its citizens in a way to provide for their every need in order to eliminate the need for unlawfulness and authority figures.
The society would have to run on "as above, so below. as within, so without"
Ex, we wouldn't need gun laws, because we have no guns.
This isn't something that can sprout up over night. It would take years of progressive, innovative thinking, open-minded people and attitudes and the discipline and dedication needed to overcome base desire to achieve higher goals. We were not raised in a world like this, but we could create one for generations of the future. After a few generations of a society living in a certain way, it would self sustain.
