The reason diasporans outside of the motherland don't invest is because the process to obtain citizenship, purchase land and start businesses is so damn difficult that diasporans are dissuaded from attempting. The government of these countries don't have clear, streamlined process to initiate anything that I mentioned....

And your more likely to be scammed while attemping it. Who has time for all that?

The Chinese can come get whatever though...

I was about to ask the question that this post just answered. Never knew there was so many resources coming from Africa. I knew of some but not all. Granted shyt like diamonds and gold are a luxury and not a necessity, but still, so many different resources on here. Learned something new today.
