Maybe the rules have changed in Russia, but I thought you couldn't hook someone in the face in the box without it being a penalty.

A lot of success in Africa but not so much on the world stage. First cup since 1990 and as I referenced in a previous post, they haven't scored at a world cup from open play since 1934.
