Just goes to show you that taking penalties is not easy at all. The composure, technique and accuracy needed to convert penalties takes a lot of skill.

Its mostly about being able to handle the pressure. A penalty kick should be very easy for professional players

And yet so many miss or take poor penalties. Some of the most consistent penalty takers I’ve seen are Frank Lampard, Ronaldo and Mario Balotelli. You’d bet your house on them converting a one 9/10..
