Will should have gotten kicked out of the building that night and you've had some people trying to argue otherwise. The last thing he should have gotten was a standing ovation (even if it was professional reasons) and he shouldn't have been allowed in the Oscar's After Party as all it did was made matters worse.

I think weve all seen somebody get they ass beat at work before in our lives. Or seen a coworker assault or cuss out a customer/coworker.Of course thats the wrong place and wrong time. But thats that persons job to lose. I doubt any of you went around calling for your coworker to get fired,be arrested,or to resign?
