These nikkahs go back almost 30 years and Rock was unaware the feelings involved so it would have definitely been reconciled. Preemptive move. They will most likely give him a little ban, 2/3 years. It's not like the same people are at these shows every year, just if you have something up. Gives him some vacation time or time to work on other projects. Time those projects are up, ban will be over.
