I'm not going for "gotcha moment"? I'm just asking where's the line. A lot of what's going on in this thread is based on who they like more than the other. He's a comedian. Joning comes with the territory and is a part of their routine. I didn't sense any malice behind what was said. Will may have, and that's his right. Ricky Gervais made a living doing this at the Globes when he was host. No one over reacted in this manner

People will always pick & choose. I’m sure if it was Ricky Gervais that Will slapped or it was Christian Bale that slapped Chris, some people on both sides would be singing a different tune. It is what it is.

I think the tension between Will/Jada & Chris was deeper than a one-off joke, I don’t think he would’ve reacted like that with other black comedians either

Man miss me with that. You don’t know me. I’m not feeling scared at all. I can just see the potential fallout. Comedians been cracking jokes since forever. Only reason Will did anything is because Jada felt some kind of way about it. It wasn’t about disrespect, it was about saving face.
