I used to feel the same way before I found out that it pretty much a gag to use it in films now... I would hear it and be like

"They really couldn't find another scream sound?"


I think the worst is the Children laughing and playing sound that is in EVERY fukking movie and TV show...

The fact that it is a gag is what bothers me.

A 2 second sound ruins an 1 hour 30 minute experience for you? Really?

No it doesn't ruin the movie, but it takes me out of the movie for a short period. I could really do without it.
