the electronic joints?
They're great, but
1. It's easy to overcook your stuff if you're not careful. I've cooked whole chickens, but the wings fall off lol. I've also totally disintegrated a whole chicken by accident. totally fell apart, each bone separated at the joint.
2. It's GREAT for like... red beans for red beans and rice, soups, sauces in bulk, cooking frozen shyt when you're too impatient to wait, 3 minute crab legs, etc.... but it does leave a lot of yoru food tasting watered down. Extremely tender ribs and the like.... but it'll always taste like you boiled your food.
