I got this as a 8/10.

Doesn't really hold a candle to AH but its still some dope shyt on here, granted I'm a stan for the 80s sound so this shyt is gon be nice to me regardless.

I fukk with pop Weeknd, but first listen and this is kinda mid. Nothing instantly amazing like a few tracks on After Hours.

I mean sonically I'm enjoying the 80s synthwave stuff. He's found a wave but I've been a fan of his since House of Balloons. I can listen to that album even in 2022 and it doesn't feel like it aged.

I do miss the darker Abel but I understand the evolution also.

Aiight done with it, probably will never listen to this front to back again, some tracks are fire, most are mid. This 70s gimmick lacked any true innovation. Just sounded like his attempt at trying to make off the wall. Unremarkable. :yeshrug:
