Theres a couple knock offs like JMSN but not really. I mean im sure you can find some indy artists but nothing of note. Even jmsn is just some white boy who was making entirely different music than weeknd dropped and he changed his name and music to shark his sound but its not the same.

Really there is nothing that similar personally.

But maybe youll like him

Comparing JMSN to The Weeknd is a lazy comparison. They both do alternative R&B and that's about it. Even at a basic level, JMSN sings about relationships and Abel croons about drugs and the demonic life.

So chill next time you diss JMSN da gawd. :ufdup:

As someone who couldn't really get into The Weeknd but fukked with his features and Often and Can't Feel My Face I could get jiggy with, I thought it was a pretty good pop album.

When those drums hit on Angel...

Pretty much the last three tracks are :banderas:

Tell Your Friends is :obama::whew:

That's just off the first listen, listening to the standouts now.
He doesn't sound like he's in his comfort zone on In The Night :ld:and it's likely the next single.

Has he been doing this MJ knock off thing for awhile or just on this album?

He's only done the Dirty Diana cover on Echoes of Silence before this.
