Saying he went pop cause of a few tracks? Different sound for him, sure... But he had to evolve at some point. But still, a lot of his tracks would fit in fine on some of his previous albums.

Nah. The production and mixing of this project is completely different compared to trilogy or kissland.

Since I play all of Weeknd's music like it's a religion, the lifeblood & the longevity of this album is going to come down to all of the remixes that'll inevitably come from the songs on here for me. Dude has an amazing fan base that take their time, and rework his songs, which helps with keeping his albums & music fresh if you play them all the time out of being an addict like me.

This is just a part of my library of his music - shoutout to him too for putting me onto that chop & screw as I was in search of new ways to experience his music (XO, the music, the drug, that keeps on giving ).

I'm about put the pressure on Sango, so he can put his spin on BBTM.
