That madea/meet the browns shyt is one lane, Tyler has a bunch of dramatic shows that are pure garbage. Even if you want to say their comedy is similar, the sheer volume of crap he produces elsewhere is worthy of the hate he gets.

me, i wouldn't consider it "trash" because i'm not a hater, but i wouldn't give it any awards either lol. certain levels of entertainment have their value. sometimes those mindless forms of entertainment are needed.

I’m not, I’m not a huge fan of a lot of wayans stuff, but at minimum they knew their lane and flourished and flipped within it. Tyler has flopped everywhere

Right. I love TP, but the Wayans have so much under their belt. The whole family got put on, and they introduced and revived a lot of talents over the years. They've been doing the thing. My all time fave was A Low Down Dirty Shame. It had action, comedy, drama, love that damn movie.

Thank God for Keenan, Damon, and Kim. I mean Shawn and Marlon has great stuff too but they were pretty hit or miss later. Marlon by himself though after they died down

I’m guessing Keenan might not be doing well and they don’t want us to see that. Shawn I don’t know. Major props to that family though and the fact that Damon has a show on with his son is amazing
