Quite the contrary, in my opinion at least...

...they're fairly sports-entertaining and have been decent foils in making a few midcard babyfaces, like Ruff, Kushida, Lumis, and Shotzi.

Gargano's doing pretty damn good character work as a kind of villain/TV dad with teenage kids and the actual matches have been good to great.
