If you nikkas actually read the fukking article, you would know Drake used a different sample cause the industry knew the nintendo one wouldn't clear, so he used that to his advantage to get his song moving quicker, which is also why DRAM wasn't on it.

he didn't. Everyone assumed it was but it was never labeled. Thats the problem. People ran with it and once enough people said it, they took it as an assumption.

They originally did tittle it cha cha remix. I used to think he sharked him but really he didn't though. Hotline bling is pretty different from cha cha and has nothing to do with cha cha not blowing up. Cha cha didn't blow because it can't be serviced to radio because the sample can't be cleared.

nikka we even posted APPLE MUSIC premiering the song as a Cha Cha remix the day it was released.
