No post since feb and I had no idea this was out until just now when I opened amazon prime lol

if this is some bullshyt like fear I’m tossing it on the bushes quick tho

yeah this shyt was trash, the only interesting thing about this show is we’ll get answers about Rick since the group who took him is heavily focused, don’t think I can watch just for that tho

I know the goal is money, but they REALLY should of just stuck with just the original show, since it’s been pretty good again for a while they coulda ended the show with some dignity, shyt like this and Fear just completely water down the brand of a show that has already not been without its own issues

First episode was so bad. Shows can take a few episodes up to a whole season to get good. I might catch up every few episodes. But yeah, the first episode is abysmal. It’s the zombie apocalypse, but apparently barbershops, hair salons, laundromats, Rainbow, Forman Mills etc is still around. The skinny sister eyebrows too fleek.:mindblown: I thought the whole episode was a flashback to life beforehand. Things were too normal. Their post apocalyptic life is better than actual real life right now.:pachaha:

Gave up on TWD a few years ago but I'm all caught up now, also on the spinoffs.

I think these shows benefit from binging, and suffer from the one-per-week format. Not saying this or FEAR or recent TWD seasons are of great quality - but watching them back to back is far more forgiving than waiting a week for most of these kinds of episodes.

That said - World Beyond, so far, is only interesting visually to me. The characters are meh, I guess the CRM is interesting but their leader certainly isn't.

I knew there was a reason I kept putting off watching this. I'm 27min in and its boring as shyt. If these bytches talk about their missing dad one more time im gonna scream. We need to give it at least half a season to get good before passing judgment.

How the fukk are kids who grew up in a zombie world so scared and averse to killing them???

:mindblown:

I'm on episode 2 and ready to bail already. FTWD has been very good so far this year tho.

I believe the premise of this series is that these kids all grew up in a sheltered community. They didn't grow up in the trenches like Carl.

it takes place 10 years after the apocalypse.

killing walkers should be taught right up there with reading and writing. they even show them teaching them how to kill them. first time they get outside, they don't even use their long spears to stab them in the brains.
