Alexa and Carmella are blonde white women (well, Carmella wasn't quite as blonde but she's more blonde now and she's on TV every week so ).

Vanessa Borne is a racially ambiguous woman with dark hair and brown eyes. No matter how fine we think she is, she isn't a blonde white woman - and only they can have the benefit of not being great workers and surviving on character work. Someone like Vanessa Borne will struggle unless she completely outperforms them in every capacity.
