OP,

How would the thread title be accurate? Kids of immigrant families who CHOOSE to run the streets get locked up and deported. This isn't anything new, and has happened to Salvadoran, Filipinos,Mexicans, Cambodians, Haitians, and the group mentioned in this thread.

Parents come here to work for a better life, and kids want the fast money of street life. Or they are from the criminal element families that make it here and fall right in with the activities they were already a part of.

Title makes it seem like a conspiracy. Just lowlife element of different communities being deported.
