bottom line the umps have always been trash since the begining of baseball but now we have replay and we know each and every mistake they make and its getting embarrsing for the game, it has to stop. Replay is needed. I wouldnt evne mind a machine like questec behind the plate to call balls and strikes instead of being a victim of whatever the current umpires artistic interpretation of the strike zone happens to be that night. it infuraites me when i hear "this ump has a high strike zone or a wide strike zone or a hitters or pitchers strike zone. like you fagggots there is one strike zone, thats it, its UNIFORM

then dont get me started on the calls, Im including the Yankees, Jeffery maier, the call in the 99 alcs vs Boston, then elts go to Livan Hernedez strike zone, also they ruined Andre Galaragas life

And every year we here the same "oh theyve been really bad THIS year" No theve ALWAYS been really bad

Questec wasn't perfect either. It was just a rough guesstimation of the strike zone, just like an ump's interpretation of it. The actual strike zone can never accurately be judged perfectly for every player.

Meals looks like he wanted to just get out of there, his AWFUL call vs the Pirates which was even worse, ended a 19 inning game and last night if Teix is safe, we prob go to extras.

I remember the Mets vs the Braves was in extras once and one of the umps called a guy safe in extras that was clearly out at the plate.

So these umps are changing calls just to end the game quickly now and no repercussions ? Its a joke
