To save battery Life

1. Turn off autosync. Battery will increase 50%. Turn on sync every hour then turn off
2. Turn off GPS
3.Screen brightness should be at 50%
4. Battery drain is due to poor radio signal and LTE. Turn off Lte when you dont need it. Put the phone in airplane mode when you have poor signal. Text over wifi with google voice or kik etc
5. Dont load your home screen with too much widgets
6.charge your phone regularly.
7.force stop google maps

the best SMS app I've used thus far is Go SMS Pro...I'd highly recommend that over stock app or any other apps.

*subscribing* I have a HTC Evo with Sprint..and its time for a upgrade.. not sure what I should upgrade to..not really a phone tech..I would like to have extended battery life, be able to take great pictures and view the web at a fast pace..and the phone has to look good as well..
