we had a top 7-9 recruiting class, and as FSU could tell you recruiting titles mean little.

you dont get the ProCanes thing, i understand. seeing that Florida puts out about 1 good pro every 5 years i could see not being big in the college-to-pro thing

agreed but Signing Day supremacy over y'all an Miami is all we've had to hang our hats on during the Bowden era's latter years. I'd rather UF be down than you guys tbh with you. No fanbase needs to be knocked down a few notches than those b*stards

Honestly, most of our fanbase is not really that loud. I'm speaking more about the older heads that have been fans since the 80s like myself. You'll notice that the younger heads that became fans during the last run of the early 2000's are the ones that talk all that "U" and "swag" nonsense. Unfortunately, those are the loudest voices on online forums, so it gives others a sense that this is how we all feel, but it's not true.

We do have a pretty obnoxious fan base as of late. But just like U fans, it's kids who went to Florida or jumped on the bandwagon in 2006.
