Make it make sense brehs. This has to effect Mann and Norm's minutes. Why do that when they're playing some of the best basketball of their careers. Is Lue going to be clueless on the rotations all over again with another player that demands minutes? Bones will probably be out of the rotation now. Love Russ' motor but it either helps the team or sinks it. It might work but this shyt is cray :why:

If he starts I'm thinking Morris goes to the bench which is a positive as his game has fallen off a cliff. Long as Mann and Norm keeps their roles it might work. Russ looked bad because the Lakers didn't have shooters so maybe it could work over here. I gotta support and stay positive regardless so lets see how this goes. If successful it could be box office for the team :ehh:

Well. Let's see how it goes :yeshrug: Should be good P&R opportunities with Westbrook and Zu and another PG who goes to the rim when the Clips are cold

So quick run down.

I think There's been 1 time in his career post durant where he actually had spacing, and that was with the Rockets.

On that Rockets team, he was the second option behind Harden. Where he avg 27-8-7.

On the Lakers, there's was no spacing AND he was the 3rd option AND coming of the bench and STILL put up 20-8-9 per 36 minutes. That's absurd.

People talk about Russ missing layups, well with the spacing on the clippers, he might just Dunk instead and he's not missing that.

People talk about his turnovers and its valid. BUT, if Russ averages 6 turnovers a game, but he's the primary ball handler, the Clippers as a team will still have one of the lowest turnover averages in the league.

Russ will free up PG and make Kawhi's game a bit easier. Not to mention how he can help Zubac and Plumlee. We saw what he was doing with Thomas Bryant.

Like I said before, it's 3 LA guys on the Clippers now. That are true to the City. It's the perfect scenario for the clippers to take that final step towards a championship.

And if that happens, there's going to be alot of apologies going around.

I do like how Russ plays damn near every night. That alone will help. And I take it the front office, coaching staff, and team has an understanding of what his role is and how he fits. Also some Clipps fans are mad at PG for advocating Russ to be on the team but we all know Kawhi definitely signed off on this as well. But he's Teflon Kawhi so :yeshrug:

I'm sick.

If Morris and Russ get courtesy starts but don't finish games nor play more than 20 mpg... you guys will be alright.

When it's winning time:
  • Kawhi and PG should be the forwards
  • Mann and Powell should be the guards (Gordon as backup)
  • Zubac or Plumlovic should be on the court at all times at center.
I feel y'all are going to bench Mann for Russ to end games tho. But we'll know very soon.

vs SAC on Friday and vs DEN on Sunday
