Norman Powell was supposed to be the lifeline to keep everything afloat but once he got hurt there was only so much this team can do. There's also some viewer fatigue from a fan standpoint setting in while watching this starless team trying to execute and play well. Tuning in to watch Reggie, Morris, Zu, Batum, and company during these dog days of the season has become a chore:unimpressed:

I just looked at their remaining schedule…

there’s a world where they lose all of these games.

Absolutely!

I think it should be a pride thing to end the season .500
Absolutely. They were written off immediately once PG went down. A lot of guys got valuable experience that I hope helps for next season. How they finishes with the record they did without a top 20, or 30 player is impressive. Every teams ultimate goal is to win the chip but short of that teams have different goals. I’m not big on moral victories but it is what it is. The team played hard and competed most games. Once norm was hurt it just wasn’t going to be sustainable relying on Mook and Reggie.

If PG was playing for most of the year would you say that? If He and Norm come back and win the play-in, would you view it as overreaching?
If PG played all year and they had this record I would not say they overachieved. I’d say they underperformed. if him and norm come back and win the play in it’d be impressive given the length of time they’ve been out to come back cold and play competitive games.

Yeah it was supposed to be a wrap once PG went down. Norm's injury was soul crushing especially since he was lightning it up soon as he got to the team. I'm hoping both can come back with at least with 3-4 games left on the schedule next month. We could be right back in the mix a week and a half from now

Team needs to show more. Way things are heading they’re going to get smacked in the playin.

Reggie has been STRUGGLING

It’s like either throw up bricks or make turnovers PICK ONE
Everyone that’s left besides probably Luke and Mann have been asked to do too much since PG went down. This more apparent with Reggie than anyone else. Dude should really be a 4th or 5th option on this team.

They're tapped out right now and this lineup has gone as far as it can possibly go. And I actually about to go to this game. Expecting our role players to carry the team has worn out and out of gas. It is what it is unless PG & Norm come back

Even though PG and Kawhi aren't playing, I still think the Clippers can give the Suns a tough first round matchup.
