Okay. I disagree. Only Tupac info I follow is his music and interviews.

Is not the absolute truth that Pac did not have a main long term girlfriend?

Keidida Jones is the only closest long term girl and even that isn't clear. Jada was never intimate with him. And I don't respect her anyway.

He kissed Janet on screen.

Off this - we can learn. As individuals if we date girls take photos for history.

I made sure of this. All the girls I dated long term I have photos with. Including my girl of almost three years.

Puff Daddy and Kim Porter have tonnes of photos. I just learned she was in Kane videos.

We gotta build a concrete legacy so non credible ppl don't talk on us when we die.

Pac music, and video/print interviews are all that matter in my world.

All these dudes except for Shock G take Ls anytime they bring new stories on Pac. Like they were with him each minute of his short 25 year life.

Bro respectfully - you can FALL WAY BACK with all that BS.
Cuz I remember when you didnt wanna believe DJ QBert was ranting about All Lives Matter and taking jabs at George Floyd despite Qbert's peers checking him and only when I showed you receipts you were on some "well he's always been an upstanding citizen to me..."

So all that "non-credible people" stuff you talking about can exit stage left.
Some of us were very much alive and in the industry when all this stuff was happening in real time.
Opinions are welcome, this is a hiphop forum after all, but tuck that projection in - respectfully.

Okay.

I felt Q Bert was misunderstood. It's not like he's racist.

And about Tupac, it bothers me that so many people insert stories that can't be proven.

Shock G was right beside him, tells authentic stories and was inspiring about it.

I don't want to hear random Pac slept with Biggie's wife stories. It was never proven from what I heard. It was photos.

And if they actually did cheat on Biggie - they lose a tonne of respect for that.

You understand that they really were childish kids when youre plotting to sleep with your ex-friend’s thot of an ex-girlfriend, to get back at him for something :mjlol:

And then brag about it mad as fukk :pacspit:

Big just laughed and gave them a humorous punchline on some :umad:

You're still projecting...
You'll lose respect, you don't want to hear, it bothers you.
You You You

you gravitate towards things that fit your narrative (you like Shock G's stories so you believe it).
but you avoid things that threaten your historical rendition of people you obviously admire.
discovery can be brutal and destructive but it does not make it less true.

And if you think Qbert was misunderstood then you still havent fully appreciated the gravity of this statements- none of which were vague.
Because you may not mentally be able to accept some of your heroes actually might have some f-cked up sentiments.

Breh,

It was only so many "black" magazines that the picture could have appeared in real time. This is why I am asking if the picture did appear in a 1995- 1996 magazine.

You said, just because they are "flicked" up that they are a couple.? Correct

I don't even remember seeing that picture anywhere in 1995 or 1996, that picture came out AFTER 2pac died if I'm correct.

If the picture don't appear in a magazine how would the fans know of this picture in 1995-1996?

October 1995 was when it was taken according to the dude in the interview, they have the same outfit on in other pictures, so he's not lying. So October 1995, that picture made it to Word Up Magazine? JUST THAT 1 PICTURE made it to Word UP magazine, is what you're saying and was released in 1995 (2 months left in that year)
or in 1996?

I doubt it was even shown to the world until the internet was born which was well after 2pac was dead.

Word UP magazine in what year? and edition?

Breh, I lived in this era, I was in this space IN REAL TIME.

I know how shyt went and your narrative aint making sense

Word Up!, Right On, and Black Beat were a big deal. We didn't need an Internet. What was printed in those magazines were huge talking points of news and gossip in general in regard to R&B and Hip Hop stars. It was also a huge source for pictures and posters.

The Internet existed in 1996, it just wasn't anywhere as huge. That ONE picture was the one that everyone talks about. The others have other people in them and those surfaced later, which makes the original picture look far less incriminating than it did initially.

Umm I never compared Kim to Pac.
I'm talking about Faith (theoretically) trying to tell Biggie he was with nobodies while she was with Pac.
Nobody says sh1t like that anyways...
imagine me cheating on my wife with K-Michelle and then she hits me with the "well i'm f-cking Boris Kodjo and he's way more popular than that hoe"

LOL - nobody does/says that

By that logic there's a lot of instagram model chicks catching their men cheating and saying some "well I f-cked Drake" stuff.
cuz Drake will definitely f-ck your chick in a heartbeat.
You think these dudes are suddenly more hurt because Drake is more popular than them?

"People still to this day say she was the reason Pac and Biggie got killed...."

I don't know anyone who says this or believes this in the 21st century.
How is she a sex pawn for Pac and cheated on by Big AND somehow still important enough for two rappers who were/are more popular than her to escalate things

to bullets? Neither of them were in love with her and both pretty outspoken about being MOB.

Breh, you really can't believe people aren't that petty when the WHOLE REASON this thread exists is because Pac put it in a song and here we are 35-40 year olds discussing this like it was yesterday and taking the word of someone who probably wasn't in the room as gospel.

You may not know nyjne who says or believes this, but it really was something that was perpetuated and pushed.

And why are you asking me how she was somehow popular enough to escalate things to bullets? I didn't create that narrative. I'm just telling you that exists/existed.

Okay I can see that.

It's just alot of work must be done amongst all the social media lies. Looking at life through the eyes of objective reality is important. I do see other sides.
I just feel off when 55+ year olds come out the woodwork with new Tupac stories.

My bad if I came across as offensive.

I just want to see more truth in hip hop and media in general.

I was just thinking about how "No cap" is a great new slang. "Stop capping" and then ppl put the blue emoticon cap on supposed liars like "Wear this blue cap. You're fronting."

I'm happy the youth put that word and mind frame out there and it became so popular.

Anyways I'm diverting from the topic.

PAC lied on big instead of using that same energy for the people he knew lined him up at quad and why , he started it and because of that him and biggie dead
Enough with this narrative. The situation didn’t turn deadly until Puffy put that bounty out on Death Row chains which lead to Pac getting killed. Biggie died as a result of Pac dying

Faith looks coked up and drunk and miserable. She looks like Michele Phieffer in Scarface towards the end.

There's a few pics of me from around age 18 that look like that lol
I have Nick....The Pig, as a friend

No lol

had a bad coke habit around age 17/18

the clear affect of too much coke and alcohol on me, in those old pictures of me, is the same. I'm standing holding a hennessy fifth in a tight grip, and I just look miserable. Like Faith in the infamous pic.
Yep I can relate. Doing coke for 25 years now crystal clean pristine.

I haven't listened yet but it blew my mind a couple years ago when I found out that Ray J was essentially the match that lit the fire of the east coast west coast beef.

Ole messy negro :pachaha:

This fool got both Biggie and Pac killed. :dead:

There really should be a documentary about Ray J that covers this. :mjlol:

Ray j ruined his career associating publically with Amy of those parties st the time.
In a street manner.
As he was the next black Hollywood boy turned man on film.

Dude ruined being in the position to be the next black high drawing actor.

Rnb was just some consolation and an alternative draw for this kid originally.

Ray j was the darling of fox.

All ray j had to do was sit pat.
Instead he craved a declining draw based image. Which made it so. Nobody knows the original drawing potential of the highest drawing potential youth black actor in history. Where it was not attributed to a physical ailment or disability or pity as a draw.
