I'm a big Napier fan. And the 4th quarter minutes he's been getting show that the staff really likes him too. He has some faults, mainly defensively due to his size, but he's so smart, crafty and tough-minded. Basically everything you'd want in a point guard.

Williams has actually been shooting well the problem is he has ending up guarding the teams best big. The last two game he been forced to play both big al and Howard and been out match but he been shooting so well its kinda hard to bench him for someone who missed the whole preseason and is trying to get back in game shape.

Regardless of the new adjustment, Wade still has to lead by an example by setting up the tempo and stay aggressive.

I understand Riley is trying to drive Cole's trade value but Napier should be starting, Cole dont run the offense
