From the Yama Arc it's mostly been war, with a couple of games included in the most recent arc but they were flimsy side character distractions. It sounds like we're getting a tournament arc next though and I wouldn't be surprised if it will have added parameters.

Honestly the fanbase has been mixed on that part, I always enjoyed the games and puzzles when climbing the tower. I hope they get back to doing more of that in the future but it's been more Shonen style action recently.
