EDIT: Take a while to load.

The other link should work , I just hope Yama gets that Ancient beast. Baam got enough power ups at this point. The Lo Po Bia Family head gotta be Yama's final boss , you figure with Baam's ability to break spells he can void that invulnerability contract them Family Heads got with the administrators to allow a nikka like Yama to put in work.

Yama is already a Slayer. I thought Slayers already had the ability to kill Family Heads.

I think Rak gonna get all the ancients...

Nah... Only people that could kill family heads are Baam and Urek...

I thought Yama was labeled a slayer too, I figured this arc would show us why he's uniquely equipped to kill a family head. Like Baam and White had the distinction of slayer-candidate whereas Karaka and Yama are slayers. We don't know why FUG thinks they can kill their family heads, but Yama ignoring the anima stuff and Karaka being related to Zahard (or at least it seems like) could make them qualify.

...also I think there's a decent chance the Workshop might be connected to each slayer's unique traits. They had a hand in living ignition weapons which Baam has some link to, they're connected to these hybrid people, and I think the red light district will end up being a reference to some Workshop lab or experiment.

Slayers cant kill family heads. Im pretty sure you need the thorn since it was brought by that dude who was above administrators.

Being able to kill the Family heads is going to come down to Baams ability to break spells and contracts. That's just one problem the bigger issue I see is how these Slayers gonna get strong enough to actually beat a Family Head. The family Heads are like Level 1000 fighting level 50's and 60's.

Yama looks to have inherited his mothers Ancient Beast but that nikka gonna need a lot more to take out Lo Po Bia, right now only Urek, Enryu and Arlene Grace (she not dead) the only likely ally's who could help Baam in the final battle. SIU gonna work this out somehow though:ld:, I got faith in homie.

1st they gotta make it to the floors that the Family Heads got to. Plus they got to gather the keys (13 month weapons) to get to the floor 135th(?) floor. Baam still gotta complete his training from the Rice Bowl and still gotta make it to the Wing Tree crew. He got plenty of time and leveling up to do.

Why can't they? That's the whole point of being a Slayer. Is that you can kill Family Heads.
Nah thats the point of FUG and the slayers are their main weapons. Thats the whole reason no one takes FUG seriously. And the reason they cant is because the family leaders got immortality from deals in the tower.

Only irregulars ( due to them not being in the tower when the immortality connect was made... ) can kill family heads.... no beings inside the tower can kill the FH... Not even FH can kill FH... That's why Arlene couldn't commit suicide...

I think you're half-right, series been going so long that I can't separate theory from lore these days. But I don't think there's ANY proven way to kill a family head thanks to the immortality deals. But I think the slayers are selected with a designated Family Head they're meant to kill. So my speculation is that each slayer will have a special trait that FUG believes will allow them to kill a head.

Baam is their holy grail because he can break contracts. The thorn is also related to powers from outside the tower so it's probably not as attached to the contracts of the tower. But Yama's father had a trait to ignore the controls on animal-people and his mother is an ancient. White can power up endlessly thanks to his soul eating and forbidden sword techniques that it's implied even Arie Hon doesn't use. Karaka has Zahard blood. So each slayer or candidate we've met has a unique trait that ties them to a family head and also could point them being able to kill that specific family head.

I think it's just FUG throwing crap at the walls. But I think each slayer candidate has a power that they believe can eventually kill a head, and I think the workshop will wind up tied to each of them somehow.
