I thought it would be behind a paywall somewhere. You know how they took all the manga sites down and shyt.nikka! You can literally good tower of god anime stream and multiple sites pop up

I been rereading from scratch since last week.
I remember (and somebody brought it up not too long ago) that Siu said the entire story is on the walls of that first room
Only thing I can make out on the walls is a Rak looking dude attacking/yelling at some guy
Im up til right after The Devil's Right Arm.
I find it real interesting that early on it's been said that Zahard and the 10 family heads made a contract with the caretaker of the tower for immortality, plus dude here says that he saw the "True ruler of the tower". Both are Headon
So maybe breh in this thread with the Headon theories is right

This stood out on my read back too. I wonder if the contracts are inhibiting in some way because it might explain why Irregulars are such a threat *might not need the contracts*

Evankhell ...I wanna see the entire Lo Po Bia family knocked off the map at this point. Have we met a likeable family member at all? They're all conniving and fight dirty. Elpathion was one of the freshest character designs to me too.

you might could be right.
Even though it was said and shown that you couldn't even use shinsoo on a floor without forming a contract with said floor's Guardian (Bam had to do this), it's been shown that Bam kinda ignores those limits (not being effected by Ro's first shinsoo demonstration, for instance)
We also know Phantaminum did no such thing. He went right up the tower looking for Zahard and killed a bunch of high rankers.
Then Mazino went in looking for Phantaminum and stayed in for whatever reason.
To top it all off, Enryu flat out killed a Guardian
It all kinda makes me wonder if Headon is the actual leader of FUG, and if all the rules were agreed upon by Headon and Zahard as a way to make Zahard stop climbing..... meaning Headon uses the set up system as a way to find Irregulars to kill Zahard and the families just so he can rule the tower again.
