But yeah, this list is a WWE marketing tool. They're not going to put nWo or Horsemen as #1 since they weren't WWE creations, and they probably don't want crotch-chopping DX as #1 given the PG atmosphere.

Heenan Family rarely ever functioned as an actual faction...and it constantly changed, so that's why I wouldn't really list them either. If they'd actually interacted more as a unit, that woulda been great TV. But they'd rarely even tag up together. Whereas all the ones listed were more like, if you saw one you saw them all.

Eveolution was dope and it made Orton and Batista wtf are you talking about?
They can get the fukk out here with undisputed era tho, the wyatts were better than them. Also nexus didn’t last long enough to be on any list and of course the shield is one, they only did that list to put them over
Did you ever think "who gives a fukk about Blandy and Batista"? That's nothing to be proud of. At the time..they put their color ceiling over Shelton Benjamin...something you have long forgotten. Just to give Orton and Batista? What? 5 different chances. Orton wss an initial failure in 2002 and his ic title run had no heat whatsoever until they ordered Foley to lay down for him at Backlash 04. Batista got no reaction during his entire Evolution run until New Years Revolution 05 when fans turned to him after the spectacular failure of Orton's push at Rumble 05.
That's what I think of when I see Evolution. Endless chances while Benjamin was regulated to a losing streak to push lazy b*stards like Carlito when he put on LIGHTS OUT performances at WM 21 and Backlash 05. Basically what we see in current times with how they do Sasha and Asuka compared to Bliss.
