But... Didn't this happen before in some other African country? but the people who received the land had no idea how to maintain the infrastructure and it wound up dissolving into a failed state or something? Hopefully they put it into the right hands and remain prosperous off that land.

In the bigger picture it did, Zimbabwe is now all black owned & starting to rise up & get better since overthrowing Mugabe. Business is booming & major investments are coming up.

I just hope lessons were learnt & not give away land or ownership to the cacs . Cacs from Europe, America, Australia still eat from colonization of Africa. Where do you think their generational wealth comes from
