i saw a cac on twitter argue:
- that if black SA didn't want them in SA they could "go back to where they came from"
- white SA can't "go back" anywhere because they are SA, were born there, parents born there, grandparents born there etc. SA is where they come from, so they don't have to go anywhere.
- white SA had trace amounts of black ancestry so this land belonged to them and not the full black SA
- white SA's black ancestors blood had shed on that land, so they were entitled to stay in SA
it was back to back contradictions. none of it made sense.
This is the Twilight Zone version of why African-Americans are entitled to the US and to reparation. Some twisted shyt indeed.

Ramaphosa is opening up the constitution. The issue is too politicized for him not to continue with some sort of land reform. I just pray he looks at models of land reform from around the world and then chooses one which will best work given South Africa's context

Just need to be prepared. Give the land to people who know what to do with it. Have a plan to utilize the crops in case white nations issue retalitory tariff or refuse exports all together. do that, and it'll be fine.
